A late-night residential fire badly damaged a home at 254 Prospect Avenue (near Eugenia), at around 1 am last night.
The blaze also spread to two adjacent homes, prompting the SFFD to issue a second alarm.
There were no injuries, but four Bernal neighbors were reported displaced.

Has there been any official cause ascertained? As someone who lives on the block, I’d very much like to know how I (and alll of Bernalwood) could all prevent such fires in the future.
