To her great credit, Bernalwood’s Cub Reporter really loves jazz. So when I told her that the Bernal Jazz Quintet was giving a free concert at the library last night, she insisted we drive right over to check out the scene.
Truth is, the BJQ is very tight. The Cub Reporter declared herself a fan of the saxophone. We were impressed. And we made this quick little video to give everyone in the neighborhood a taste of the jazz talent that resides in Bernal Heights.
