While I’m glad to see that Bernal Heights “made the cut” in Asterisk Magazine’s
San Francisco meat map, our friends at the The Tender noticed something very wrong about it:
Itβs kinda weird that SOMA and Mission are connected together but South Beach is shown as being separate from SOMA, the bigger question is, where in the bejesus is the Tenderloin?
Great question. Someone at Avedano’s would probably know.

Perhaps they are acting in solidarity with PETA’s ridiculous request to rename the ‘Loin? http://bit.ly/hk2Ow0
How in the hell can a map made of meat leave out the one neighborhood named after meat?!
That’s kinda creepy.
Thanks for your meaty support, guys π
I guess they thought it would be redundant, as their whole cover is devoted to a Tenderloin! (although they also had a vegetarian version: http://thetender.us/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/sf-cauliflower-map.jpg)
(Btw, the link in your post doesn’t work)
