  1. I can attest for the Southern Sandwiches food truck. They make delicious food. We had the brisket sandwich, perfectly cooked, on a squishy bun with good slaw. We also had the heart stopping macaroni and cheese spring roll, that’d be mac n’ cheese in a spring put into a spring roll wrapper and then deep fried.
