While animal-control experts stalk the wild marmot that has taken refuge in Bernal Heights, an observant neighbor spotted an even more elusive being late yesterday afternoon: The Bikini Jogger!

Neighbor Mike theorizes that after the rainfall earlier this week, yesterday’s glorious return to sunshine may have coaxed the Bikini Jogger out of hiding:
