The December miracle, a genuine snowman, has (re)appeared in Precita Park on this combined Christmas and Hanukkah. Although he typically comes a little later in the month, and typically to Precita Park, Neighbor Jack reports that there’s a miraculous snowman resting in front of the Bernal Heights Library on Cortland this morning.
